Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) Process

  1. Customer requests RMA by emailing This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it including the following information:

    Product type (e.g. TipOff® appliance, Application Tap® card)
    Product serial number or asset tag
    Description of fault
    Full pickup address
    Email address and telephone number of contact
  2. TS-Associates will provide:

    RMA number
    FedEx waybill for printing
    Pro forma invoice for printing
    Additional country specific details
  3. Customer prepares item for shipment

  4. Customer contacts local FedEx agent and requests pickup quoting:

    FedEx Account 3262598486
  5. FedEx picks up item and ships to TS-Associates

  6. TS-Associates confirms receipt of item
